Meet Coach Jules

My journey into coaching began at the age of 21 when I discovered the transformative power of ontological coaching while volunteering as a mentor for Puerto Rico Youth at Risk, Inc.

After my first taste of coaching, I couldn't resist the pull to dive deeper. My heart found its place within the organization, and I eagerly joined their volunteer network. Through this community, I embarked on a series of personal development workshops that not only shaped my outlook but also gave me the opportunity to contribute as a logistic staff member and a small group leader.

During these experiences, I uncovered the profound difference between embracing responsibility and succumbing to victimhood. I confronted judgments I held about myself that had been holding me back from the life I truly desired. This powerful shift in perspective propelled me forward, leading me to a new way of thinking that radiated positivity and empowerment.

What truly ignites my spirit is witnessing the spark of understanding in someone's eyes when they experience a breakthrough. It's this very spark that drives my purpose. I'm dedicated to guiding individuals towards that radiant light already residing within them. I firmly believe that by healing one person at a time, we can heal the world.

So here I am, a dedicated listener and servant, ready to accompany you on your journey of self-discovery and transformation. Let's embark on this adventure together and kindle the flames of positive change within you.

What is Ontological Coaching?

Ontological coaching is a type of coaching that focuses on exploring and understanding the nature of being human, and how our beliefs, values, emotions, and language shape our perception of the world and our actions. It draws on the principles of ontology, which is the philosophical study of the nature of existence.

In ontological coaching, the coach and client work together to explore the client's way of being in the world and the underlying beliefs and assumptions that shape their behavior. Through this exploration, the client gains insight into their own patterns of thinking and behavior, and how these may be limiting their potential or hindering their progress towards their goals.

The coach may use a variety of techniques, such as questioning, reflection, and experimentation, to help the client develop new perspectives and approaches to their challenges. The aim is to support the client in making sustainable changes in their way of being that lead to more effective and fulfilling actions and outcomes.
